About Us

Gone Biking Mad was started in 2002 by owner Mark Hudson with the intent to create a truly great bike shop. Always a fan of the querky, Single Speeding has long been a passion of ours. In the last few years Fixie riding has gained popularity and it was largely due to us, with continued pestering to Giant Bikes to bring in the fantastic Bowery that it came to be.

We have a separate side to our shop with a dedicated BMX department run by ex BMX world champ and all round multi talented rider Steve Geall. Steve is also the person to go to with questions about Dirt Jump bikes, set up and parts.

We want you to take as much enjoyment from cycling as we do and we will do our best to provide you with the finest parts there is to offer with the best service and advice.
