POSTAGE
Gone Biking Mad is happy to send anywhere in the world, and what with the weak pound and our great value shipping we are getting more and more international orders by the day, so whether you are in our lovely England or the other side of the world we are happy to supply you with our fantastic products without fuss & delay.
PAYMENT INFO
We use the two most trusted online payment handlers in the world, PayPal & Stripe, using these secure companies you can pay by any credit or debit card and be happy knowing your money is safe from fraud.
UK SHIPPING
We normally ship the same day if you get your order in by 3 pm, Friday at 12 pm. If you order a product not currently in stock, we will inform you of the estimated waiting time without fail.  For purchases postage rates vary based on item size and weight.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The rest of the world pays between £4.95 to £33 depending on the size and service.  All orders sent outside of the UK will be excluding VAT, and the VAT will be removed at the checkout stage, this is to make it fair for you as you will have to pay VAT in your country and quite possibly a handling fee.  Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping service you selected, Economy delivery should be 7 to 14 working days but it is not uncommon to take 1 month, don't forget that your order will pass through customs in your country and that can take some time if they are behind or are generally rubbish, unfortunately, I have no control on that but what I can say is that they always make it to the customer and I have had zero issues to report so it's just a case of sitting tight and it will get to you. Please also note that ECONOMY delivery IS NOT TRACKED, if you wish to track your order there is a tracked service as well, you will see both options at the checkout, please select according to your time requirements and desire to follow its whereabouts, the tracked service should also be a little faster for you.
